We have experienced a functional degradation for Qlik Cloud logins across all regions. Some of new logins could have been impacted on Oct 30 2023, 19:57 UTC to 20:20 UTC. Already opened user sessions were NOT impacted. The issue was caused by underlying Cloud service provider outage. The issue is resolved and the service is back to normal.
