    We're currently experiencing an issue affecting the visualisation and extension/theme functionality. Other functionalities remain operational. Our team is investigating the cause and working on a resolution. We will provide the next update within approximately 60 minutes while the issue is being addressed.

Customers are recommended to take following actions as workaround: If you experiencing an issue affecting the visualisation from the extension or theme functionality the work around is to upload the themes and extensions again. We will provide the next update within approximately 60 minutes while the issue is being addressed.

    A fix is in progress and a workaround has been found. Customers are recommended to take following actions as workaround: If you experiencing an issue affecting the visualisation from the extension or theme functionality the work around is to upload the themes and extensions again.

    A fix has been implemented so that no further extensions and themes will be impacted. We are working on a fix for tenants which were impacted during the incident. Customers who have an offline copy of their themes and extensions can re-upload these to immediately resolve any issues.

If possible, please execute this workaround: Customers who have an offline copy of their themes and extensions can delete and then re-upload these to immediately resolve any issues.
