    Visitors are not receiving SMS notifications in Belgium. We are currently investigating the issue with our third party vendor. Next update by 11:30 UTC on 24 June 2025.

    We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting SMS delivery to phone numbers beginning with +32 (Belgium) has been resolved. A fix was applied on our end and following a brief monitoring period, the service is now functioning as expected. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be conducted and published on our Status Page within 10 business days. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.     An issue was identified with the Proxyclick kiosk app, the app was unable to activate and sync with Proxyclick locations. Kiosk apps already activated and running were not impacted, however intermittently it was not possible to activate new kiosk app configurations or restart existing ones. This issue was resolved at 12:45 CET 01/07/24 An HTTPs certificate required for the kiosk app activation process was revoked in error by the 3rd party issuer, this has since been corrected with a new certificate applied.
