Disruption to traffic into Manchester Datacentre
Probado experienced a minor incident on April 13, 2026 affecting VoIP (Voice over IP) and Data Services (Hosting), lasting 21h 46m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We're aware of a momentary drop in operations to our Manchester datacentre and are actively investigating. Update to follow

There was a brief loss of power to our provider feeding in to our datacentre services. At present we're still investigating why the partner's redundancies didn't kick in as they should but we can confirm that all of our own infrastructure uptime of all our services remained intact. This drop in power from the provider severed our connection for our services to the outside world. Apologies for disruption caused and we're looking for a full RFO and requesting more resilience from our partner to ensure this scenario doesn't happen again. We're continuing to monitor in the meantime.
