We observe performance issues with the PrimeXBT platform: - Internal transfers between account Wallets and Margin accounts may be delayed. - In-wallet Exchange service may be unavailable temporarily. If you received an error trying to exchange cryptocurrencies with the service, we recommend repeating an attempt in a few minutes. - Users may be unable to claim a reward for completing qualifying tasks. All users will be able to claim earned rewards once the issue is resolved. Our team is working on restoring the performance of the platform as soon as possible. All client funds are safe and unaffected. We will update the status as soon as the issue is permanently resolved.

We have fixed the issue with internal transfers between account Wallets and Margin accounts. We continue working on fixing the rest of the issues with the platform performance

The platform performance issues have been successfully addressed and fixed. The platform is fully operational now. In-wallet Currency Exchange service remains under maintenance until further notice. We are working on bringing it online as soon as possible.
