The eCommerce server operating systems were patched on October 15, 2022. The patching dependencies outlined by the patch management system were followed. When the patching window completed, the applications were available based on system monitoring. Undocumented dependencies within the patch management repositories were not deployed on Saturday. These dependencies caused some features within [buy.posportal.com](http://buy.posportal.com) and Partner Microsites to be unresponsive. The unresponsive features were not identified until Monday morning. Once the dependencies were updated, all system features were available. A review of processes and documentation will be completed.
