    We experienced an incident from approximately 4:53 PM to 5:34 PM EDT during which customers may have been unable to access galleries, experienced missing accounts, or were unable to complete login. No orders, purchases, or payment data were affected. The issue has been resolved and all systems are operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    A configuration change introduced during routine maintenance caused a gradual service degradation beginning in the early evening, followed by a full outage. The issue was identified and resolved within 35 minutes of the service going offline.

    Our shortcode carrier is experiencing delays from some networks and opt-in responses from 90738 may be delayed at this time. Customers should still be opted in to their galleries once the issue is resolved and can go to my.photoday.com and enter their access code to shop in the meantime.
