    We currently facing some issues with our Email service and we are investigating why emails are not being delivered. This includes Welcome emails and Perks redemptions emails.

    The Email issue has been identified: our third-party email service provider Salesforce Marketing Cloud is experiencing some issues. We are expecting them to confirm the resolution.

    Email service is now back up. Salesforce Marketing Cloud has resolved the issue. We are still monitoring if pending emails are correctly being delivered.

    We have retrieved the details of emails that have not been sent during the Salesforce Marketing Cloud downtime and users should receive them shortly if they have not already. All back to normal.
