Our engineers have identified a problem with our Medical provider Doctor Care Anyware. iOS users should uninstall their current app and re-download Perkbox Medical from the app store if they are being redirected incorrectly to the Doctor Care Anywhere app or are still having trouble accessing the service. Android users of the Perkbox Medical app should see reduced login issues and be able to use the app as normal in most cases. Users are reminded that they are also able to use the web platform for appointments by logging into their account at: https://member.doctorcareanywhere.com/Account/Login
