On Sunday, February 21 from 1pm to 4pm PST, Periscope will be in read-only mode while engineers perform a database upgrade. This upgrade will enable several improvements to Periscope's stability and scalability. Charts and dashboards will continue to be visible and update in the background, but users will not be able to create new charts or dashboards.
