- postmortem Mar 02, 2023, 06:43 PM UTC
On March 1st 12:45 UTC we identified high latency between multiple Israeli ISPs towards AWS US regions, which impacted users and Gateways located in Israel from establishing a connection. At 13:25 UTC the latency witnessed began improving gradually and the system started slowly recovering, allowing agents to complete an end-to-end connection. At 14:00 UTC the Israeli ISPs were fully up and all connectivity to Perimeter 81 resources was restored. The root cause of the outage originated in several Israeli Internet Service Providers, with specific details pending from the providers.
