We have resolved the service disruption that caused intermittent login failures and iPaaS connectivity issues within the Pepperi platform. The issue occurred between 08:39 AM EST and 11:30 AM EST, impacting a subset of customers attempting to access services. Our Development and Support teams investigated the issue, implemented corrective actions, and validated that authentication and connectivity functions are operating normally. We will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability and complete our post-incident review.
