The US authenticated platform and API from US experienced a five-minute interruption between 7:46 and 7:51 AM UTC due to an issue affecting session storage. The issue has been resolved, all sessions have been successfully restored, and users can now access the platform normally. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience 🙏.

At approximately 1:30 PM UTC, VPN services in the US region experienced an interruption lasting no more than 5 minutes. The Europe region was NOT affected. Services are now operational. Between 1:40 PM and 2:28 PM EEST (48 minutes), we experienced a service disruption that affected the following components: - platform (including API) - scan Infrastructure During this time, users may have experienced degraded performance or been unable to access certain platform functionality. The incident has been resolved, and all affected services have been fully restored. We are continuing to monitor the platform to ensure stability. We are currently experiencing network issues affecting one of our cloud provider regions. As a result, some features may be unavailable or not functioning as expected for a subset of users. We are actively migrating services to other regions to mitigate the impact and restore full functionality. During this process, you may experience intermittent failures or degraded performance. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as progress continues.

We experienced periods of increased platform load alongside external services failures, which led to 10 separate incidents. Each incident required manual intervention to restore normal operations, and the combined impact resulted in 1 hour and 54 minutes of downtime in 2 days. All issues were fully resolved on December 11th at 9:14 am EET.

We experienced a brief internal issue earlier today (12:50 pm - 1:09 pm EEST) that caused temporary unavailability of the platform. The total downtime lasted 19 minutes, and the issue has now been fully resolved. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We experienced an outage of the VM Agent Generator Service that lasted 4 hours and 29 minutes due to an issue on the cloud provider. The issue has now been fully resolved, and the service is operating normally. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
