We’ve identified the cause of the issue impacting some users’ ability to move candidates through the hiring process, and a fix is being prepared. As a temporary workaround, affected users can enable animations, then reload Recruiting: Windows: Settings → Accessibility → Visual effects → Animation effects ON Mac: System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Reduce motion OFF

We are currently investigating reports that transferred hires are not appearing in the New Hire bucket within Paycor Onboarding. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide updates as soon as more information is available. If you have an urgent need to begin onboarding, you can manually create the new hire in Onboarding to start the process immediately.

We have received reports that the Manage Recruiting button on the Paycor home dashboard is not functioning. The alternate path to access your Recruiting account via SSO from Paycor is to navigate to the Menu Icon > People > Hiring > Applicant Tracking System. We are currently investigating the issue.
