Paycor experienced a minor incident on February 4, 2014, lasting 2h 19m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Around 12:00 Noon, PST some users reported that Newton and / or Analytics were running slowly or were unavailable. Several users indicated that closing their browser and opening a new one allowed them to regain access. Our Dev Ops team is currently investigating the issue and we will provide a more detailed update shortly.

1:08 PST - We've identified an issue with one of our servers which caused connectivity issues for a small subset of our users. We have taken corrective action to that server and our Dev Ops team is continuing to monitor the situation.

2:23 PST - Earlier today a subset of users experienced issues accessing Newton. The source of the problem was a connectivity issue between two servers affecting less than 5% of our users. Within an hour, we were able to diagnose and resolve the problem. We continue to monitor the problem but are confident that the issue has been resolved.
