Paycor experienced a minor incident on February 13, 2014, lasting 2h 26m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Around 11:03 AM PST, we were made aware by our Email Service Provider that they added an additional email server to their network which sends emails on behalf of Newton. As a result, a handful of our customers who use 3rd party security vendors to monitor email delivery may be blocking those messages thereby causing 'Undeliverable' alerts. According to our Email Service Provider, they should have the problem resolved by 2:00 PM, PST. We will continue to monitor the situation and will follow-up once we've received confirmation that they've resolved the issue.

According to our email provider, emails sent from Newton should no longer experience delivery issues. If you're experience is different, please contact support immediately.
