At 12:23 PST we began receiving reports that users were having issues logging in and accessing Newton. Newton is currently unavailable and our Dev Ops and Engineering teams have all hands on deck working to identify and resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and will post another update here as soon as the issue has been resolved.

As of 12:51 PST we received an update from our Dev Ops team that they identified the source of the issue and have taken measures to resolve the problem. Newton is currently back up, careers pages are functioning and everything appears to be back to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates here if required. Apologies again for the downtime, we appreciate your patience with us as we worked through the issue.

Our Dev Ops team has been monitoring Newton for the past 2.5 hours and have verified that the cause of the issue earlier today has been identified and that this incident has been resolved. Apologies again for the disruption in service and thanks for bearing with us as we worked as quickly as possible to get the problem resolved.
