    Newton uses a product from SalesForce.com called "Desk.com" to track and manage any and all support tickets. It is also the place in Newton if you click "Help" that provides our customers access to online help and Knowledge Base articles. Desk.com started reporting issues with their systems early this morning. https://www.desk.com/trust This does not affect how you use Newton whatsoever but it maybe delay our ability to respond to your issue since we will not receive your help request until Desk.com is back online. If you have a matter that requires urgent attention from our support team, please call us at 415-593-1189.

    We have received confirmation from Desk.com that the issues on their end have been resolved, and full knowledge base and support ticketing functionality have been restored.
