Newton uses a 3rd party product called “SendGrid” to handle the delivery of all emails sent out from within Newton. SendGrid has informed us they are experiencing intermittent issues with email delivery due to a technical incident on their end: http://status.sendgrid.com/. Our DevOps team has determined that approximately seven percent of the emails sent from Newton by SendGrid are being delayed for up to 1.25 hours. We are continuing to monitor the situation and when SendGrid remedies the issue we will provide another update. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly at: [email protected].
