At 13:20pm EST we experienced a high load of requests coming into our database which caused an unexpected spike in CPU. This slowed down our application and then eventually took it down. We initiated a database failover, restarted our applications and service was restored around 13:33pm EST. This issue occurred internally and we have identified the cause of this. We will be working towards a fix for a future release.
