Dupechecker fails to properly merge family data for customers with DM.
ParishSOFT experienced a minor incident on June 23, 2020 affecting ParishSOFT Family Suite and ParishSOFT Family Suite - AIM Products, lasting 6d 2h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The family merge process fails to properly merge family data for Diocesan customers with Development Manager data at this time. We are currently investigating this issue and ask that if your Diocese uses the the new Development Manager to postpone adding new merges to the family merge queue at this time. Further notification will be provided when as to when merges and begin again in the future. If your diocese does not use Development Manager, records can be queue for merge.
