Some TSS instances have been affected by an external disruption. As a result, impacted e.g. point-of-sale terminals were temporarily unable to process transactions. We have identified the root cause and confirmed that the only viable resolution is to delete and recreate the affected TSS instances and their associated Clients. We are working through this process customer by customer. Each affected customer will be contacted directly once their TSS has been successfully recreated and their terminal is operational again. No action is needed on your side - we will reach out to you. What we are doing: - Recreating TSS instances and Clients step by step for each affected customer - Proactively contacting customers once their setup is restored - Continuously monitoring all TSS instances for further issues - Investigating how to better handle this scenario in the future to reduce impact We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand the impact this has on your day-to-day operations and are prioritizing the recovery of all affected customers as quickly as possible. Further updates will be posted here as progress is made.
