**Postmortem: Unable to Provision Workspaces Through API - August 9, 2024** **Overview:** Between approximately at 15:09 UTC and 16:55 UTC on 9 August 2024, Orchestry customers may have experienced issues provisioning workspaces through the Provisioning API. The issue was due to a regression introduced to the Provisioning API in Release 163. The team was quickly alerted to the regression and diagnosed it. A fix was deployed which resolved the regression. **Mitigation Steps**: The Engineering team have added more stringent regression testing to APIs and other similar test scenarios.
