Analytics data for customers is being interrupted by Reporting DB hardware issues. The issues took place form 2020-08-11 to 2020-08-17, and as of 2020-08-18 have returned to normal. Even though reporting data is missing from the API, the data itself was captured and just needs to be reprocessed. We will be reprocessing the week of data throughout the next couple of days and will update here once all data has been reprocessed and returned to a valid state.
