For some reason, the delivery of email marketing statistics is quite delayed at the moment. We are investigating the cause and will provide an update when we know more. All email marketing features are working correctly and email events are being collected with no issues.

We have identified the issue as a misconfiguration in our infrastructure. We are applying a fix as we speak. We are also fast-tracking the fix for historical statistics that have been delayed. We'll supply another update for each task soon.
