    We have identified and addressed an issue related to our reporting pipeline for website metrics. The issue causes all reporting results to appear deflated or missing for metrics related to visits and website engagement. These include but are not limited to: Visits, Visitors, Vehicle Views, Conversions, Shopper Profiles/Timelines, Source/Medium data. Our team of engineers has identified the root cause of the problem and has applied a fix to ensure data is properly re-processed. We assure you that the under-reported data is not lost and will be recovered in full once reprocessing is completed. The reprocessing of historical data is in progress and we will provide updates soon. Over the next few days, data should start appearing more accurate for the period of March 17th - April 9th, 2023. We understand how important this data is to our customers and we are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as we have more information.
