    Jul 11, 11:00 PDT Resolved - For about an 90 minutes from 4:35 PM UTC to 6:10PM UTC, users experienced slower administration API and UI performance (listing accounts and navigating the platform). This was caused by a reoccurring background job taking more resources than normal this morning. We have since rectified the issue and the platform and APIs are performing normally again.
