High temperature issue in PDX facility, Colo12 suite. Datacenter operator notified, Resolution being worked on. Some equipment powered off due to high temps including storage nodes that have taken down a storage cluster and hence the devices using that cluster. This does also include some email services which can impair communications with the Opus Interactive support team.

Backup air handler did not come online to handle issue with primary air handler. It is now online and temperatures are returning to normal. Now bringing equipment back online.
