    Speedtest.net and all associated services are back at full operation following a database cluster failure that occurred at 22:50 UTC. The Ookla engineering team was able to restore most services, including all mobile API functionality to normal levels at 23:05 UTC. Some impact was still felt to web-based users of speedtest.net until 23:51 UTC.
