An issue has been identified that is causing a partial outage on RootMetrics products when accessed by Google Chrome. This has been identified as an external issue caused by a Certificate Issuer and Google Chrome. Please use an alternate browser in the interim if required. The team is working on a temporary fix while the root cause is addressed by Google. Other Speedtest and Ookla systems are operating normally.

Rootmetrics.com, Login, RootInsights, and Export API are now updated to use an alternate certificate and now load correctly in Google Chrome.
