ON24 has received reports that some events with China Cache enabled are not loading the Audience or Preview URLs properly. The ON24 technical and engineering teams are currently investigating as a priority.

The issue with Audience or Preview URLs failing to load has been identified and a temporary solution put into place. All Audience and Preview URLs should be loading properly at this time. The ON24 technical and engineering teams are continuing investigation for a complete resolution.

ON24 Live Chat Support is currently not accessible via the ON24 Webcast Elite URLs. ON24 Live Chat Support can still be accessed via the Knowledge Center in addition to other ON24 service pages, and the support ticketing feature is fully functional. If Live Chat Support is needed please visit the ON24 Knowledge Center to start a chat with an ON24 Support team member. There is no impact to live events, presenter chat or chat modules used in event consoles.
