We've identified an issue when uploading or downloading certain documents from the platform. A fix is already deployed. We're monitoring for repeats.

Confirmed as resolved. This was a short lived issue where over zealous security screening on uploaded documents was timing out and rejecting the upload. The timeout issue was resolved by additional pre-flagging of safe patterns.
