Ometria experienced a major incident on March 31, 2023 affecting Application / UI and APIs, lasting 47m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are receiving reports that various screens within the application including but not limited to Campaigns > Automation and Realtime dashboard campaigns are not showing data for some clients. The API may not be accepting requests. We can replicate this and are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

This incident has now been resolved. Both the application and the API have full functionality again. Any API calls that were not accepted will need to be resent.
