    At 9/22/2025 5:30 AM PT, the Workflows Automation and Extensibility team became aware of an issue with connectivity to our Workflows service affecting customers in US Cell 1, US Cell 2, US Cell 3, US Cell 4, US Cell 6, US Cell 7, APJ Cell 1, EMEA Cell 9, US Cell 11, US Cell 12, US Cell 14, JP Cell 16, US Preview 1, EMEA Preview 2, US Preview 3, EMEA Cell 1. Our team is actively investigating this issue and performing configurational changes to mitigate the issue. We will provide another update within the next 1 hour, or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Outlined below are the facts regarding this incident. We are committed to implementing improvements to the service to prevent future occurrences of this incident. Detection and Impact: On September 22nd at 2:12 am PST, Okta was alerted to an issue where some customers executing flows with Google Sheets connectors saw 404 error messages. Root Cause Summary: A change made by the third-party provider resulted in a 404 error message on the Google Sheets workflows connector. Remediation Steps: Okta began diagnosing the issue and engaging with the third party support team immediately upon receiving reports of the error. Following the investigation, the Okta team implemented a fix which resulted in the restoration of Google sheets connector functionality. Preventative Actions: Okta is reviewing and enhancing monitoring and alerting processes to minimize impacts to customers for similar issues in the future.
