Unable to start new sessions on Frame main production accounts
Nutanix experienced a major incident on March 24, 2018, lasting 40m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently experiencing an issue that prevents users from starting new sessions on Frame's main production system (accounts on Frame Publisher are not affected). Users in existing sessions are also not affected and are able to continue working. We have identified the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Please check back at status.fra.me for updates.

We have deployed an update to resolve the issue and have verified that sessions can be started again. We will continuing monitoring the system, however, to ensure the resolution addresses all new sessions.

Further testing confirms that the system is fully operational. We've closed this status update as resolved, but will continue to monitor.
