We are seeing issues starting sessions on Sandboxes, utility servers and in some cases on production instances across multiple accounts. We are investigating the issue and will post updates here.

We continue to see issues starting sessions on several accounts. When the issue occurs, users starting from the Launchpad will see an "Almost there, hang tight" message following the normal "Connecting to Frame" message. The issue has created a backlog of session start requests that our backend team is working to clear.

We've deployed an update to address the issue. While a backlog of session requests remains, users will continue to see some issues starting sessions until we clear out the backlog - which is currently in progress.

We are now seeing sessions start normally again. Some users may still see issues for a few minutes, but otherwise we expect that the issue is resolved.
