Some users are experiencing issues accessing app.fra.me and are seeing an error related to site certificates (e.g. "Your connection is not private" or "Can't open the page" or "Secure connection failed"). We are investigating the issue and will post updates here as we resolve this issue.

The issue is a result of updates to our site's security certificates, we expect the changes to be fully propagated to users within the next 15-30 minutes, but it could take longer for some. We'll continue to post updates here as we confirm with users in different parts of the world.

We've confirmed that users are now starting to be able to access their accounts/apps (not seeing security errors). However, some may continue to be affected for a few more minutes. We'll continue posting updates here.

At this point, all users should be able to access app.fra.me (and any team-specific urls) and launch applications normally, without seeing the certificate issue. We are marking this as resolved, but will continue to monitor.
