Currently, logging into Frame for Business accounts via custom team urls (e.g. "companyname.fra.me") are showing an error message. We have identified the issue and expect it to be resolved shortly. In the meantime, all users can still login via the default Frame login URL: "app.fra.me" or by appending "/login" to their original url (e.g. "companyname.fra.me/login").

We have deployed an update to resolve the issue. Users can now login via their custom team urls. Note that the alternative urls ("app.fra.me" or "companyname.fra.me/login") can also continue to be used.
