    BigCommerce related update resulted in an Invalid configuration that caused Nosto Recommendations to not render on BigCommerce stores. Due to it affecting only part of the system, Nosto's monitoring systems did not alert as expected. The root cause of the incident has been fixed and the issue in monitoring has been identified. The service is now functioning normally.
