Due to issues with an upstream provider customers may see delays or timeouts in loading chart data in the Nobl9 UI. No delays or problems in processing data within the Nobl9 platform have been identified.

We are continuing to monitor the situation. According to updates from our upstream provider most graphs should be loading but continue to load slowly. Next update in 30 minutes or if there is a change in status.

Issues with our upstream provider have been resolved. All graphs in the Nobl9 web UI should be loading in at a normal timing. This incident is being closed.
