5:13 AM EST - Customers reported increased error rates when accessing resources in NLX Studio. 7:43 AM EST - We are investigating reports of increased error rates for users accessing resources in NLX Studio. 8:30 AM EST - We have identified the issue and are working towards a resolution. 9:45 AM EST - We are continuing to work towards a resolution. 11:30 AM EST - The issue has been resolved and we are currently monitoring the traffic. 12:00 PM EST - Between 5:13 AM and 11:30 AM EST NLX Studio users experienced increased error rates when trying to access resources. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
