3:00 PM EST - Customers reported increased error rates when accessing resources in NLX services, including Dialog Studio and Conversations by NLX console. 3:09 PM EST - We are investigating reports of increased error rates for users accessing NLX frontend services. 3:17 PM EST - We have identified the issue. The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several APIs in the US-EAST-1 Region on AWS. 3:45 PM EST - We continue to experience increased API error rates. 4:40 PM EST - We are starting to see services recover. 6:00 PM EST - The issue has been resolved and all frontend services have been restored to normal operation.
