Our Newforma API endpoints are experiencing connectivity issues related to Microsoft App Proxy. You may see issues with the Procore connector. You may also see issues in the time it takes to complete and receive submittals. Investigation is ongoing and we will update you periodically

Newforma Procore connector endpoints continue to experience connectivity issues related to Microsoft App Proxy. The connectivity issues appear to be a result of changes made in last week's Patch Tuesday update from Microsoft. We are testing a process to resolve these issues but results will not be available until tomorrow. When a workaround has been proven a Newforma knowledge base article will be made available detailing the resolution process. If you have installed the Microsoft November Patch Tuesday update you will experience issues with the Procore connector. Until the connectivity issue is resolved, synchronization with Procore will not work.

Testing overnight has confirmed patch updates to domain controllers and Newforma app proxy servers/Newforma Project Center Servers have restored Newforma API connectivity for those who had installed the November Microsoft Patch Tuesday update.
