    NemID is partially down for some users that have not shared their CPR number with our service.

    The issue is still present. Analysis indicates that about 5% of all users entering their CPR number will experience this error.

    Nets is still investigating the issue. On average 5.4% of all requests to verify CPR numbers failed during the last 24 hours.

    This incident turned out to be a missing IP address in a Nets firewall apparently due to an incomplete restore after the breakdown on Sunday afternoon. The incident was solved by Nets on the 3rd of November 2020 at 15.15.
