We have identified the issue and are implementing a fix to address it. In the meantime, please refrain from saving changes to the Company Settings > Profile Fields page.

All employee profiles should now load as expected. We are working to resolve a remaining issue that is resulting in Org Unit information displaying incorrectly on some profiles and in Company Settings.
