Firebase is currently having issues with their authentication system, which is causing issues with both the Munzee App and Website. We will let everyone know as soon as it is back up and running.

Munzee Store went down
The team is currently looking into missing street names and places labels on Apple Maps.
The team has resolved the issues with the map! Please restart the app to pull down the latest over-the-air update. It looks like Apple had released some updates related to their maps, which caused some issues here. We appreciate your patience as the team worked to resolve them. If you're still noticing any issues with the map, please send a support request to [email protected]
We're currently investigating issues with scatters not leaving the map. Other areas of the game may also be impacted and orders may be delayed from the store. We will post another update as soon as the issues have been resolved.
We have identified and resolved the main issues related to archiving and delayed processing of orders, etc. Some scatters may still be slow to archive as the queue is still catching up with all of the Leap Day scatters from earlier today. The team will continue to monitor the system for now to ensure things continue to run smoothly.

The "cake credits" section of the redeem store has been taken offline until Monday. The actions of some players have caused us to take this action, the store itself is not having any issues.

We're currently investigating why double points are not always awarded for bouncers. Will keep everyone updated as soon as there is a fix in place.

We are planning to make some updates to Munzee's push server today Wednesday, November 9th at 17:00 MHQ (CST) https://everytimezone.com/s/cac40989 - Some areas of the game will be down temporarily during this time, such as blasting and purchasing from the store. Badges and notifications/emails may also be delayed. We're hoping this update will be fairly quick, so any interruptions should be minimal. However we will be monitoring the upgrade, and will post updates to status.munzee.com as needed.

We've had to temporarily disable some functionality within the Munzee Android app to comply with the latest Google Play policies. We're working hard to bring back as much of the functionality as we can.
