A network outage in our data center caused the platform to be unreachable. Messages queued for sending were attempted, but may not have been delivered. Please check your logs to ensure all messages went out, and retry any failed messages via Text Chat.
We are experiencing high latency on one of our upstream carriers. We are monitoring the situation and will update as developments occur.
