    At 10:48pm on Aug 18 (ET), our database experienced a temporary slowdown due to storage I/O exhaustion during routine overnight processing. This caused intermittent timeouts for ~15 minutes until health checks automatically recovered the system. There was minimal user impact and no data loss. We are upgrading the database capacity and processing configuration to prevent recurrence.
