Modo is investigating data from 2020 09 06 to present not being displayed. The data is being re-imported and should be available shortly.

Modo made a configuration change that began affecting Analyze data collection pipelines for non-US customers starting on 2020 09 06. We have fixed the problem and are continuing to work on restoring the missing metrics.

This issue only affects clients NOT primarily located within the US (including GovCloud) or Singapore. Modo has restored and imported log data. However, Analyze metrics from 2020 09 06 to 2020 09 13 are not available. To prevent future data loss, Modo has changed applicable log rotation/retention periods and is improving its monitoring and alarms to detect problems. Modo Analyze functionality has not been impacted, and is fully operational.
