      More info: We've confirmed that the issue may affect multiple Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to: - Microsoft OneDrive: Intermittent connection issues. - SharePoint Online: Intermittent connection issues. Some users are receiving “Something went wrong” errors. - Microsoft Teams: Degraded chat functionality, including images not loading. Additionally, real-time voice apps reporting and historical reporting are not functioning as expected. - Copilot Chat: Intermittent delays using Copilot Chat and failures in query actions. - Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Latency and intermittent inability to access features - Power Automate: Automate flows not loading. - Microsoft Loop: Unable to open or load Loop pages. - Microsoft Purview: Degraded Purview DLP Agent response time. eDiscovery and Data Security Investigations failures when submitting new jobs and delays in processing existing jobs. Additionally, admins may be unable to view their policies or navigate in the Purview portal. Retries may succeed. - Fabric/Power BI: Users in the West US region may encounter issues accessing Publish to Web reports. Some users in Europe and Asia Pacific regions may also be intermittently delayed when accessing Fabric artifacts due to service dependencies in West US. -Power Apps: Users may experience some issues accessing the Power Apps Portal and may also experience Canvas Apps not loading and data sources failing to connect. -Copilot Studio: Users may be unable to load the Copilot Studio Portal and data sources may also fail to connect. -Windows 365: Users may be unable to select a non-English (United States) language for their Cloud PC post provisioning. They can try reprovisioning and language selection again and it may succeed on retry. Current status: We’ve completed reverting the networking update, and our telemetry indicates impact is resolved for the vast majority of users. We're reviewing all known impact scenarios and monitoring for a period of time to confirm resolution for all affected environments. Scope of impact: Users accessing Microsoft 365 services through affected network paths in the North America region may be impacted. More info: We've confirmed that multiple Microsoft 365 services are degraded, including but not limited to: -Microsoft OneDrive - Access to OneDrive is intermittent. -SharePoint Online - Error message, “Something went wrong” -Microsoft Teams - Degraded chat functionality, including images not loading. -Microsoft 365 Admin Center - Admin Center is loading slowly or not at all. -Power Automate - Automate flows not loading. -Copilot Chat - Intermittent delays or failures in any Copilot Chat action and query. -Microsoft Loop - Unable to open or load Loop pages. Current status: We performed traffic rerouting for some of the affected infrastructure and our initial telemetry indicates that these actions have contributed to partial recovery for some users.       We are investigating a networking issue affecting connectivity to Azure services in the West US region. Impacted customers may experience intermittent connectivity failures, increased latency, or difficulty accessing Azure services. Customers with traffic traversing the West US region may also experience downstream impact. We are exploring mitigation options on affected network devices. Early indications suggest the issue is related to network traffic flow through the impacted infrastructure; however our analysis remains ongoing.
